New publication: „Killing two birds with one stone - Strain Engineering Facilitates the Development of a Unique Rhamnolipid Production Process"

Isabel Bator, Tobias Karmainski, Till Tiso und Lars M. Blank published a new article with the title „Killing two birds with one stone – strain engineering facilitates the development of a unique rhamnolipid production process“.  It deals with the strain engineering of P. putida KT2440 for efficient ethanol utilization. They were able to develop a fed-batch process where ethanol acts as carbon source and defoamer.
